MMS Reclassification Celebration

MMS families attended their monthly ELAC meeting to celebrate! They were celebrating the reclassification of many EL students that are now fluent English speakers. This is such an exciting time for students, parents, and teachers!

Country Lane Art Festival

Country Lane held their Third Annual Art Festival & Auction: Imagine a World. The event featured a range of activities including an Art Vistas Exhibition, a performance from the EDMS Jazz Band, and a silent auction of student art!

Each class made an art project that guests could bid on at the silent auction.

Areas were set up for guests to create chalk art.
Students could create art with modeling clay.

Guests could look at individual student art from each class.

Kicks for Kids

Branham High School and Del Mar High School put on their annual Kicks for Kids fundraiser. High school students raise money to buy shoes from Payless Shoe Source for Payne Panthers! The high school  students "buddy up" with a Payne student to play games, paint faces, and walk to Payless. There, each Payne student receives a free pair of shoes. What an incredible afternoon with some amazing kids!

BMX Assembly

Baker students had an exciting assembly today. They watched professional BMX bikers perform all types of incredible tricks!
