District Grade Level Meetings

September Grade Level Meeting

All grade levels had an afternoon together to look at the new ELD Standards. We took time to focus on Collaborative Conversations. People brainstormed ideas to use it in their daily lessons, made tree maps, read books, and shared ideas. Our ELD meetings will continue throughout the year!

Payne Family Night

Family night at Payne was a huge success! There were fun activities to do, tacos to eat, and the book fair! What a fun-filled day for Payne families.

Payne's POP Day

Payne had their annual POP (Parents on Patrol) day today! Parents that are normally at work have the opportunity to come into the classroom and help with different activities. Many classes had centers, math activities, art, and STEAM lessons going on.

Math Commitee

We had our first Math Committee meeting on the 27th. Both Elementary and Middle School teachers shared great ideas and lesson ideas that go with Eureka and CPM. Elementary teachers,  check out Zearn when you get a chance!
