GATE Enrichment Classes had a successful first day! The classes they are able to choose from are The Blue Bots, Art to Art, Maker Space Paper Edition, Wigglebots, Super Science Concoctions, Breakout Room: Will you be able to escape?, Chess for Champions, and Jammin' Jeopardy. District Grade Level Meetings
September Grade Level Meeting
All grade levels had an afternoon together to look at the new ELD Standards. We took time to focus on Collaborative Conversations. People brainstormed ideas to use it in their daily lessons, made tree maps, read books, and shared ideas. Our ELD meetings will continue throughout the year!
Payne Family Night
Family night at Payne was a huge success! There were fun activities to do, tacos to eat, and the book fair! What a fun-filled day for Payne families.

Payne's POP Day
Payne had their annual POP (Parents on Patrol) day today! Parents that are normally at work have the opportunity to come into the classroom and help with different activities. Many classes had centers, math activities, art, and STEAM lessons going on.
Math Commitee
We had our first Math Committee meeting on the 27th. Both Elementary and Middle School teachers shared great ideas and lesson ideas that go with Eureka and CPM. Elementary teachers, check out Zearn when you get a chance!
